I mended a half-snapped tomato plant with a plaster only today.
Hope it works, I snapped the top foot off when I was trying to move the pot to the other end of the greenhouse

(Anyone know whether you just leave it on, or will this restrict the growth and if I take it off, how do I know when the plant has healed?!)

now what are you trying to say here Demeter I do know that you can dip them (the flowers, not the pumpkins) into tempura batter and they are yum

Our pumpkin last year grew one measly fruit, which fell off when we were in the states. So, I left a round courgette to get really big and was going to paint it orange. Can't quite remember what happened but that was the plan. It made the neighbours laugh when I told them why I was growing super huge round courgette.
