Potatoes,I lived on baked potatoes when I was younger,I’d only have to buy cheese or barter some of my lovely large potatoes for some cheese somebody’s made,if there was no shops.

Me too. Boiled mashed or chipped. Crisps, soup so versatile

For me it has to be spuds, followed in close second by curly kale. Fruit would be strawberries

Tomatoes, they are so lovely to pick and eat. If I could have a family.....legumes for sure, I love all beans, so many to choose from
