      I think this is the worst of it to be fair. I would like to get this cleared off and a shed put up.

      Planning on rearranging the bins to one side and making a bit of a seating area

            Maybe for growing spuds or a hoooge Rhubarb forcer..................

                Yep, I reckon the tyres & bin were once use to grow spuds.

                              Nice Rhubarb crowns, remove the buttercups or you will be over run with them. Also I would remove any plastic.

                                I did wonder if he was using it to force the rhubarb. Does it not need a lid though? I thought it was darkness to force it?
