    I do hope the topic of "Food from a wild harvest" Thread gets going properly soon. I think it would be really popular we all seem to have so much knowledge to share.

      I wouldn't get too excited leona. I've picked cloudberries up here as well as bilberries and they look amazing but taste fairly bland. I know the Scandinavians rave about them but hey, each to their own! Worth trying but not worth going out of your way for.

          We seem to have loads of cherries down the lane where we walk our dog - I tried a couple of the ripe ones that the birds had missed last night and they were heaven! - No ill effects yet - I'll wait a day or two and maybe take a tupperware box on the next walk!!!!
