My rant. Ground white and it's frosty out there and yet it was 11 degrees here yesterday. How can nature cope with swings like that?

Toilets been leaking for ages - after Potty's flour tests and advice and scarlets rubbish DIY skills, I called in a man who can. he came back with the kit a few hours ago. 10mins in I hear Mrs Scarlet, MRS SCARLET!! Cheers mate, don't know what you did but my boiler cupboard with 4 sleeping bags in it is saturated, and the ceiling is dripping water! He said "it's ok, it's only about a gallon!" Put the bags on the rads to dry and they were off!....boiler error f28, reset, heating comes back on, then off, reset again. Now I have error 64! If things couldn't get much worse I got myself a cup of coffee and after wiping the table 3 times I've realised my mug has a crack in it!
It's only Monday.....

Yes Vailant! F28 first, reset twice, and worked then f28 again. I reset it it again and got f64

Electronic /NTC Fault. It §ays call out an experienced heating engineer as it's difficult to track down the cause. Probably sound advice but Potty will know for sure

Annoyed at myself for not researching more before spending time deciding on what type of willow fence I want for the plot, to keep the dog off the growing area. Spent ages looking at google images and videos. Found a source to buy the whips and then start reading up on the growing habit and see this "Plant willow at least 30 feet from buildings and pipes to avoid problems from aggressive roots." I read that willow were shallow rooted and imagened something along the lines of tomato plants.
