    I know having food poisoning is not good but the fact is that it's made me loose 7lbs has made me happy

    Just need to keep it off.

      I would like to know how you gave yourself food poisoning Carrieann, and then I'll give it to myself to lose 7lbs.
      Might even do it once a month . Then I'd lose a few stone, that would make me happy

        nooooooh. I lost a stone and a half in three days with salmonella many many moons ago. It's not a solution and the weight loss is regained.

                Going through my seed box and finding I only need radish and cucmber seed this year and thanks to the vine I already have a couple of newbies to grow.

                Looks like being a cheap year seed wise.

                          we are both just happy that son is very badly shaken and bruised,with no brakes,only in the skin,he could well have been maimed for life or worse,all thanks to a motorist,Please someone come and get that ruddy fairy.so much rubbish stuff is flowing under our bridge,is to easy to go into a moan,so this is me trying to keep positive,cover your ears and look the other waySCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEMMMMMMSS
