The same applies to updates, some people like them some don't,the poor guys can never please everyone

I think that everybody likes the most recent forum update RT,they just don't realise it has happened The sudden reduction in spamming on here is not because they are all watching the world cup
A series of upgraded security patches were applied very recently,those & our new toy (my avatar really does exist) should make the forum experience more enjoyable for everybody

So I think we all need to give a big thank you to the tech guys for that,I'm certain they will get the glitches ironed out in the app given a bit of time

I've only used the app few times so its all new to me but I do find it a handy thing to have instead of switching on my PC when I want a quick read with my mug of tea.

I know what you mean about the app smilies its put me off using them because none app users can't see them.
