Ahh, yes I do love Autumn, thats when I can start thinking about blackberries and sloes and homemade grog.

Just been out for a walk through the sloe bushes. No sign of any fruit yet but there were plenty of flowers earlier this year. Lots of blackberry and dewberry flowers too, wild plums, apples, haws, horseradish, no samphire yet. Sometimes I wonder why I try to grow anything when there's so much out there anyway.
