The heat is tiring, yea verily I did return to my hovel yestereve after the toils of the day,sat down with an ale & fell asleep

What happened to t jousting or tourney? We've been preparing fine nag for his job; I dont know where to find a bow and arrow so that myghte be a handicap for us'en. How about throwing some cowpats (dried) and horse scones (steaming)? If the weather be as good as ye are all skiting about then a dip in the stream would cure all.
I'll have a cuppa too then if I may? And some of t horses carrot cake (no, not t' horses scones!)
Tis grey and chilly hereabouts, and the fire is still going. I'm planning on warming jobs today.

Don't mind if I do Mam!
And I have found a flagon of two-year-old rhubarb schnapps tucked in a dark corner of the still room! We have to sample this!

Thou art famous at last.
Just don't let it go to your head Mam! Like the ale, too much is not a good idea.

I beg forgiveness of you all for I have been occupied in other matters at my Stately home. But I have now returned and would enjoy a small sup of Good ale, if there be any left after all the merriment.
For those of you who have already gone to their beds, I wish ye a good night and pleasant dreams. For those of you that remain, willst though join me in a glass or two?

Well, I have to say I have partaken of far too much of thy goodly feaste, and I fear that I may not manage to sleepe well! T'is also rather warm here this night, which will also ail me somewhat. Perchance I'll sleep out with the Hens - t'is cooler out there under the trees.
Whatever, I shall bid thee good night, in the hope that sleep may finde me, and I'll look in on ye when I awaken. Meanwhile, I hope thy heads are not too sore from all that ale and merriment...
