                good lcuk with your carrots....weathers done the old rain sun rain, rian rain, sun sun, rain, hail, rain today....I got wet runnign fromt he house to the greenhouse because i didn't dhut the door in a moment of madness when the sun was out.

                  We had that all summer and autumn - oh maybe I shouldn't tell you that since it's prob gone over your way now? Had floods this year - one of the driest places usually, so we were not prepared! Half the mountain road over to the coast just plain fell off the mountain one day - then the other half a week later. Drying out again finally, just too cold to tell now.
                  Hope your rain doesnt go on as long as ours. Maybe it's all us people finally getting back into gardening again - changing the climate yet again?

                    Got up this morning, had to scrape ice off the car.................must make an effort to see how the kids are doing when I finish work, so glad I took everything out of the coldframes and put them back in the greenhouse.........phew.
