Sometimes you don't realise the quieter ones haven't posted for a while....
I really notice the 'absent ones' when it comes to birthdays.
I spot their names and think 'great... I'll start a birthday thread' then realise they've not posted for a couple of years!
I recall that within my 2nd Year I didn't post for a few months, then wanted to join in again but felt really, really shy...but peeps seemed enthusiastic to see me again-so it was much easier to jump back in with 2feet!
