Started here about 4pm by 5-30 tonights poker game was cancelled and its still teeming down.
Roads in Nottm already blocked by abandoned cars what wallies.
Still the grandaughter just rang she is happy they have been late night sledging on the local park.

oh pants, so its so bad that a mate popped over for a cuppa and is now stuck here till morning. Hubby hasnt been able to have anyone else stay with us for 4 years so gonna be an interesting night!!!!

We've just been out for a canalside walk and it's amazing. The light is wonderful - lighter than some afternoons.

sounds lovely Zaz! I just spoke to the neighbour via phone as he arrived home and he said the snow is driving and drifting. Not a phrase I had heard of before but asked hubby and he translated. Mad considering there was nothing a couple of hours ago! Mind you I think the more suprising thing is that a weather forecast was actually correct!! hehe *bows head and smacks hand.
