Did no-one watch the Royal Wedding then?

one site I visit has a list of tv progrms.
One of them was
'the royal wedding part 1'
and underneath that....
'A harlots progress'*

I found it funny.....

We watched too! with friends and villagers.
Day long events in village hall (big sceen viewing of wedding) fun and games followed by lovely aftrnoon tea, and a mega thunder and hail storm..... what a storm that was! it even washed mud and large (bigger than golf ball) sized stones out of the fields and onto the roads!! trashed my Rhubarb. Still a great day though.

Im not a royalist in any sense of the word but i watched it from start to finish, and loved every minute of it. They both looked so happy together and seemed very much in love.

Surprisingly T****s was quiet at 11am on Friday.

Went to the local herb nursery in the afternoon, the owners were busy servicing the fridge and potting up the bay tree cuttings (had to buy 3 to replace the ones lost last winter - bays not fridges).

All that said, it was, on balance, a good day for all.
