That so annoys me when I am working on the checkout. One morning two regular early morning customers came in and she started to load the belt, elderly chap behind her also started to load the belt, she had loads of shopping I thought there would be a riot.

I do that sometimes - I didn't realise that it was annoying! I always leave room for the person in front tho'.

Its only annoying when I've got no space to put my shopping on

And those who start to search for their wallet after they have packed everything and they are the ones who have been complaining about having to wait in a queue.

Oooh, and those who chat on the phone from the moment they get to the checkout and continue through the whole transaction without even acknowledging the cashier. I can just see the reaction if I chatted to a colleague and ignored the customer

Then there are those who let the whole shop go through and then start to pack.

                    Well, you get the idea

I do have fun though, like going as fast as I can so they can't keep up, when they complain about the hurry they are in or going really slow when they are complaining about having to wait.

Did you guess I worked in a supermarket?

The OH, who puts off every single job that needs doing until I start doing it myself. And then looks all martyred and says in his best 'sighy' voice 'I said I'd do that' and then proceeds to do whatever it is in the messiest most slipshod way he possibly can.

Oh, no, this is like building a wall in the back garden that needed doing for nearly 2 years, until eventually I went and bought the blocks myself, loaded them all in the car, and unloaded them all, carried them through the house and stacked them up outside the back door. Just about to go and buy the cement mix and teach myself how to do it, when he says 'I'll do that' etc etc. Trouble is, he's only done one section and then left the rest of the blocks right in the way of the door, and they're now all green and mossy!

I won't even start on the tiling the kitchen wall, and the utility room floor saga. But it involves the fact that he used to be a tiler, and, 6 years later...
