Apart from the obvious (family etc), I reckon the Vine comes high on the list, hence being back here before I've finished unpacking (got off the ferry at 6.30, home at 9, done as little as poss in the meantime)!

Yeah, great! We built a bread oven. Hope that by next visit the clay will be nice and firm, so we can give it a firing, and then maybe put an extra layer on the roof.

Sounds good! Mr. G has this notion of us driving down through France and Spain to visit various friends and rellies that have escaped blighty. If this were ever to happen (when we win the Lotto ), we'll add you to the list! Have you got room for a 26' long Caravan!?

(I don't have any mascara either. I have a lipstick that I used last for a wedding 5 years ago!)
