Thermal vests, long johns, vests, woolly jumpers, thick socks etc I really feel the cold!
And makeup - I am one of those who wear it every day (I think from my insecure teenage days of spots!)

running water out of the tap, central heating, double glazing.

I can do without most things other than those. I am another no makeup gal.

Can I just clarify something here? I don't wear "make-up" either, but I couldn't be doing without my mascara!

I rarely wear mascara - as soon as I bother to put it on my eyes start to itch

I do, and I'm not ashamed. When I don't, people ask if I'm poorly

Now that I've got one, I couldn't be without my laptop or my bike: I could do without a TV, easy, and I gave up my car in '92

                  Tea
                  and also
                  Wine*

*I felt compelled to come back and edit this to point out I don't drink every day - but I love a couple of glasses of wine 2 or 3 days a week (or so).

for me (apart from the obvious answers of husband, dog, friends, etc) it is most certainly tea and the internet. And that has now made me realise what a sad creature i am!

No make up for me and sometimes dont wear it on a night out. Thought you were my daughter flo, she cant be without her mascara, she uses it up very quickly.

I dont think I have anything I couldn't do without. If anything I suppose it would be the lottie and garden.

I have the same reaction - I now make myself wear it, so when I'm 'tarting up' (once or twice a year) I don't end up with a face like a smacked @rse!

Apart from my family and beloved pets. I always thought I could never do without the good old shampoo and conditioner but I don't use it and haven't for 6 months+. It ruins your hair and my homemade soap does the job! No need for fancy conditioners etc etc, saved a fortune along with the shower gel and carp cream for hand/face/body. What a rip off! Use only natural homemade stuff and natural remedies now
