Good morning all...we have the sunshine today.
Domestics, gardening and a trip to the doctors surgery this evening.
Snoop, I have an app on my phone called....free prints.
You can have 45 pics of your choice developed each month, you just pay for delivery.
I get lots of pics of my grandkids, lovely to look back on.
Not a lot else...so have a good day all.

Snoop Puss, I'm not sure that a proper camera encouraged me to take more photos. In my younger days I imagined that I could take great photos🤣🤣🤣🤣. I bought myself a Nikon SLR camera and slowly accumulated assorted lenses. I did take some lovely landscapes but hoiking a camera bag around and then having to mess about and change lenses was a pain and it wasn't ideal to take to parties, etc.Originally posted by Snoop Puss View Post
Years later when digital cameras came out I bought one, and as they got better and higher resolution, about 20 years ago Mr GF bought us a very small Sony, pocket size. I took most of the photos that I'm now finding with that. It went everywhere and stood up to all kinds of abuse.
Now I just use my phone, at least it is always to hand and is decent resolution.

I use my iPhone for taking photos like GF it’s something that I always have with me. I still have my digital camera but it’s way out of date compared to my phones resolution.

Morning all.
I'm not very good at taking photos with my phone. Mr Snoop takes good pictures with his and we have the same camera, so I can't blame the tool, just myself. I used to be really into photography and we had a darkroom and loads of equipment. Just had a nice chat about it with Mr Snoop and I might try my hand at macro photography when I've got more time. Thanks for the inspiration.
About to go rushing out to meet a man with a machine, this weird strimmer. It's all go in the valley this morning. The JCB man is here doing work for M in his absence. I've got a couple of jobs he could do for me as well if he has time. If I had all the money in the world, I'd probably buy myself a bobcat!

Good afternoon.
Instead of a drawer or cupboard I decided to start on a bathroom blitz seeing as I'd already sorted out and cleaned the bathroom cabinet a couple of days ago. Although I'm pleased with what I've done so far, it all shows me what an awful cleaner I am generally
. I have no excuse, for a few years in my school holidays many eons ago I worked as a waitress/chambermaid/general factotum in a 15 bedroom guest house in the Isle of Man. These days, although I do like to see things looking clean and shiny, it rarely seems worth the effort.
When I got totally sick of cleaning, which didn't take long, I took a boot load of stuff to the hospice warehouse They had been in the car for a week. I then, obviously, had to have a wander around their adjoining shop. The only things that I came home with were a couple of hardback books, both of which look interesting.Comment
