I wanted to add my condolences, I have been avoiding this thread since it started, not cos I am a meanie, but because I have a very sick kitten at the moment, and selfishly I didn't want to 'jinx' her, I am supersticious in silly ways sometimes.
as a cat owner I have been through what you have been through too many times, and you have my heartfelt sympathy.
