strapped up . It is a problem that I have a weak right ankle - to much abuse on a Rugby pitch when younger . Happens about once a year . You know it's going to happen - but it still hurts like ( insert your own favourite expletive here) when it does.

I've fallen flat on me face twice this week, coz I've got new boots and they not supporting my ankles like they need!Comment
