Must be healthy, it's all natural ingredients.
Very healthy, even better with some garlic added.

    • Oh yes…..chips with salad cream for me!…bit more vinegary and less oily .
First taste of a cone of chips with Mayo was in Amsterdam when I was in my teens. Never went back to salt and vinegar after that.

Today we are having a BBQ…sausages, chicken and veg kebabs and pasta. And of course a salad made with our own lettuce.

      • Tonight sea bass fillet, cooked in foil in the air fryer, new potatoes and an actual salad.

Hardest decision, shall I make some mayonnaise or vinaigrette?🤔

        • Just salt on chips for me. Love vinegar, just not on chips weirdly.

Right, we are at long last having the lasagna I've been promising for the last few days. Still well within its use-by date but I'm fed up of looking at it. It's another of those lasagnas made with a few bits of pasta floating in a sea of bechamel with half a mushroom between the two of us. Mr Snoop bought another one... Salad on the side and a fruit salad for afters I think.

          • The sea bass was lovely. I have also made a loaf tin of "sticky" chocolate cake this afternoon a.k.a. tiffin a.k.a. fridge cake. I put it in the fridge to set but I'll be taking it out shortly as I really enjoy it when it's a bit "sticky". It's a childhood memory from the days when we only had a pantry, not a fridge and my mother only ever let us have a tiny piece as a treat.

              • Picnic today. Sausage rolls (which I haven't made in donkey's years), cheeses plus bean and freekeh salads. Coconut and chocolate chip cookies for afters and to dole out to the kids who come up to say hello to Mr Snoop. If I get time, I might roast some chicken bits in pomegranate molasses and chilli flakes, but I haven't told Mr Snoop that just in case it doesn't happen!

                    • Outdoor cooked pizzas tonight with a side salad

I made a ‘diet trifle’ this morning- just about managed to stay upright long enough
Used stewed apple, raspberries , blueberries and mirabelle juice instead of water for the jelly….and stirred in live yogurt, then added some finger biscuits- which I don’t usually use.
Will serve with cream and runny french vanilla custard and grate chocolate over it to serve.
                      Should be tastes and refreshing!

                        • I don't often fancy desserts but "somebody" Nicos has put the idea of trifle in my head.

                            • That is by far the best 'diet' trifle I've ever heard of, Nicos.
