I've taken a couple of pieces of cod put of the freezer. I've been trying to decide between making fish pie with it or cutting it into strips, battering it, and making it into goujons/fish bites.

Butternut squash risotto if I can find the roasted squash in the depths of the freezer. If not, pea and leek risotto. Melon for afters either way.

Tonight I think will be bangers and mash, carrots, french beans and onion gravy.
