Various veg with Yorkshire pud and onion sauce.

Yesterday, lunch of scrambled egg on toast sprinkled with chopped parsley and spring onion, with lettuce and asparagus.
Sweet potato wedges last night with a spicy rub and fig molasses, served with lettuce, beetroot, spring onions and smoked salmon.

Tuna bake this evening.

Chicken breast fillets in lemon with salad, possibly some lemon rice.

Bread. Really fancy a cake... But shall resist.

Tonight was chicken and vegetable curry just because I really fancied curry. We had naan as well. I now feel "fat and happy".

Bulgar last night, with peas, bulb fennel, spring onions, beetroot, hot wax peppers, lettuce and garlic mushrooms. (Only the wheat and mushrooms that weren't from the plot).

Decided….mushroom and ham risotto with aside salad followed by apricot tart.

Steak with pepper sauce, tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake, garlic bread and onion rings in beer batter.

Chorizo sausage baked with potatoes. Our own lettuce in a side salad , and finish off the rest of the apricot tart.
