  • Flower of the Day for a year - a Challenge!

I have no idea how many different flowers grow in my garden. Do you know how many you have?

The Challenge is to find 365 different flowers - one a day - which must be in flower on that day, every day for a year. No duplication!

    Photographs welcome!
Different named varieties can be included - so 7 different roses count for 7 days.

Is it possible? The winter months will be hard but maybe that's the time of year when we need more flowers?

    Anyone up for it?

I won't get many in the winter, I'm not even sure I could manage a different flower a day in the Summer but I'll start taking photos regardless

        Go for it SP...

My first one, it’s nearly over and is starting to go to seed but it’s still a lovely plant.

As you started this challenge yesterday VC. Here's the sunflower I took yesterday ( from self saved seed so not sure if he's a true variety or a mix )

You wait till I do away with all me perennials and set up this challenge, no matter I will give it a go
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

That's ok as I have other varieties, though all their flowers look the same

Great pics. VC and that's a fantastic looking rose, does it have a perfume, and of course if the lily is highly perfumed it will be an Oriental
