  • What do you wear on your feet?

A total fluff post, but something I was thinking of earlier... Now the weather is warming up, its too hot for wellies and boots at the plot (and I get grouchy if my feet are too warm!), so what do you wear on your feet? It doesnt feel safe to do digging in sandals, so anyone got any alternatives?

Crocs here too, although I hate wearing socks so I usually have bare feet in crocs which of course end up being dirty feet in crocs.

I wear the cheap alternative to crocs...those coloured clogs from Aldi and Lidols.

I have amassed quite a few pairs over the last few years and sometimes, when rushing into the garden to get washing when it rains...I look down to see I'm wearing a different colour clog on each foot

Pseudo-Crocs for light stuff, rigger boots for digging.

Baseball boots, unless I'm doing a muddy job, in which case it's walking boots, or even wellies if it's wet.

Rigger Boots irrespective of the weather.

Ive got a pair of the cheap aldi crocs... They live in the camping box for use in the showers. Hmm, I think if I wore those over the plot, I too would have filthy feet, its a very dusty plot! I just worry that they arent heavy duty enough... Still, I suppose if I have to do any digging, thats what husbands are for...

I wear Muck boot wellies if wet, walking boots if not and then switch to trainers over the summer. If wandering up for a bit of picking I have Crocs flip flops.

The only digging I do is to dig out potatoes and parsnips so I'll be wearing my usual Crocs until I need my spade again. I love my Crocs all 7 pair of them
