Have they got a leaflet telling you what varieties are going to be available? If so I'll go and get one so I can check out the varieties!

I fancy an apple tree but it would have to be self pollinating, methinks?

That's brilliant. I always fancied a plum tree. I just might have to take a trip there in my lunch hour. I presume all stores sell the same?

Yeah,I agree, Netto's once had a grandfather clock in the leaflet so me and my mate were at the shop entrance at 8.00am.(thought it would be good brownie points for OH at Crimbo!) There were three people already there so we didn't get one...there was only three in total in the shop on offer!!!!. Leaflet didn't tell you that though!

If you go to www.lidl.co.uk you can sign up for the weekly newsletter by email. That will save you a trek.

Sadly they are not selling fruit trees in my area so it may be Ireland only for that one - shame as I fancy a plum or gage tree.

Netto had fruit trees last week for £3.99, I managed to get one from my local one last week, and 4 from the one in Otley on Saturday, they still had loads.
