      Admin and subs are away now until 2nd Jan so it might be worth emailing now and then phoning them once they have returned???

      Hopefully they will be able to sort it soon.

          I have emailed "Jenny O'Neill" <[email protected]> twice regarding lack of propigator but no reply, hopefully someone in office will pick this up

              Thatís spooky

              I just took out a 6 month subscription because I buy the magazine every month and thought I might as well have a free propagator. It didnít arrive! Now I think I need to complain!

                We will forward this on to the Subscriptions team.

                Unfortunately as Moderators we have no control over this. All we can do is alert them, It may be quicker to contact them directly.

                        Same for me, no free gift yet either. Had an email update saying sorry it will be with me soon, but that was a month ago, and I am already getting messages telling me to renew my subscription and get a new free gift..... I want the free gift for my current sub first lol

                              I did send an email to them and PM'd that person, email came back same as usual, warehouse move which has been ongoing for 6 months now.

                                Such a shame. Unfortunately all the moderators here can do is pass the messages on to the Grow Your Own team, which we've done. I'm sorry we've not been much help - I'm totally embarrassed by their lack of concern and totally rubbish customer service. It may be best to put a complaint in writing.
