      Not 100% sure of the trap you have, I used a small sort of square tube tilting thing. They will not run into it immediatly, give it/them a few days.

      Also found that placing it along a skirting board seemed best, I would guess they sort of travel or feel their way along them. Scent marked run maybe.

      I also tend to place other items of stuff to "block" alternatives and direct them towards where it was set.

        Poor mouse. I checked under the sink this morning and the mouse has been caught. I didnt want to kill it but i had no other choice as the mouse didnt want to go in the other trap i had where i could of let it go in a field.
