Can anyone tell me what is this on sage? It is in pot on window. I have classic heating in the room like radiators.

probably something fungal stemming from humidity and lack of ventilation?

They look like leaves that are about to shrivel and drop off! Too hot perhaps?

Herbs like Sage and Rosemary (I think that's Rosemary in the pot behind the sage in one of your pics) really don't need to be anywhere near a radiator.

It may be a shock to their system to put them outside now. If you have a cool room and can put them in a light place it may be better.

Hmmm I hadn't spotted your location and it can get pretty cold and windy there. I agree with VC, cool room and as much light as possible. Rosemary likes to be dry too as it's a Med herb. It hates to be wet.

Sage is a short-lived perennial: it's only good for a couple of years. It loses its leaves over winter, too.

You might be as well to treat it as an annual, and take cuttings each summer. Overwinter those in a coldframe or on an unheated very light windowsill (no radiators, lots of light).
