It rained all day here (I got soaked 3 times)

Rained most of the afternoon - temperature has now dropped significantly and the precipitation is wet snow. (Sorry bout the big words). Not settling yet though.Comment

Rain here all day, turned to sleet at about four and snow at about half an hour later. It was settling when i got in at about five.

Yeah, wouldya believe it - a steep hill out of the estate and another up the village. ETA by steep I mean a small incline - but if there is ice and no grit it poses a bit of a challenge in a narrow road!
