Basket Liners

If you cant afford to buy basket liners or cant find the right size, Take a black bin liner and place in basket fill with compost and plants, cut off any excess but leave some over the rim, by the time the plants grow you wont see the bag especially if you put in trailing plants.

I have done this, but with empty compost bags.... works a treat!!

I keep all my empty compost bags they are great for collecting manure or taking grass cuttings up the plot or lineing hanging baskets.
