        • Don't know if anyone here likes root trainers for indoor sowing. Today picked up some Hammicks branded for £3 in homebase... I would need to save loo rolls all year to have enough otherwise

Also £3 for 5kg of pelleted Chicken poop.

                  • 11 Packets!! Whose a lucky boy. ope you like cabbage!

Its been a good range of seeds in everyone's tin. Hope they run this offer again soon - but I wouldn't pay the going price of £25 for it.

4.99's a good offer, even for a randomised pick. It make for an interesting selection when someone else picks

                      • Homebase 'upto' 70% off

Local homebase has quite a decent selection of gardening / diy type stuff at a good discount so might be worth a look. I picked up a longhandled qualcast fork yesterday for £4 down from £9 and a buld planter for £1

(I would have posted yesterday but I've been trying to come up with the basics of a comedy sketch around the term 'longhandled fork' but couldn't... )

                        • I've been looking for some more 30lt potato pots and found these on ebay, the cheapest I could find @ £5 each with only £1.50 pp no matter how many you buy.
