Jonny have you grown garden peach before? I just grew the one plant last year, unfortunately Zi had a rodent problem but even so it didn't seem to produce many tomatoes. Just toying whether to give it another go.

I'm with a few others on this thread. I've tried new varieties and often been disappointed. This year I'm consolidating and going for satisfaction; therefore I'm going with what I know and what we like:

Chocolate cherry in the greenhouse (plus maybe a Big Daddy or 2 if I've seeds left over in the tin....)
        Red alert outside
Tumbling Tom red and yellow liberally strewn around in pots and baskets and anything else I can find

Yeah I grew them last year I did 6 plants and they were one of the few that survived. Lots of toms and we're very tasty.

Scarlet I loved Black Cherry and Golden Queen this year - I need to have a proper sort through for new varieties for next year but those two are definitely staying in there.

With a small garden (and lots of shade due to surrounding walls and trees), I'm very much limited.

              Alicante
              Gardeners Delight
and some 'Little Sparrow' that Jackarmy kindly gave me last year that I never got to sow due to moving home.

With the shade, I'm going with hanging baskets for the first time. I was in B&Q here in Dublin last week - A packet of Tumbling Toms (20 seeds I think) were 5.45 euros !!!

Cheaper to order from UK and get them sent to my Dad's house.

                  Shirleys
                  Black Cherry
then San Marzano and Principe for cooking.

Those are all Czech varieties I've grown Duo which is round and striped, rather like Tigerella, although it's even more similar to the HSL variety Tiger Tom. Radana is red pear-shaped and cherry-sized. Zlatava is orange outside and red inside. Taiko I think is long and yellow. Best of luck with them!

                      Tomatoes I have for 2017

                      Tumbler.
                      Tomatoberry Garden.
                      Red Pear.
                      Sweetbaby.
                      Cherry Roma.
                      Gardeners Delight.

All except the Cherry Roma were less than 50p a most around 20p. Not sure I will sow them all as I normally only grow around 6-8 plants. I have wanted to grow Cherry Roma an Heirloom variety fro a couple of years due to its spicy/sweet flavour.

I'm growing Terenzo, Peardrop and Maskotka in baskets, and cutting down on the cordons this year - just Mountain Magic and Jaunne Flamme.
