Noooo, don't be embarrassed, it's not the most main stream list of tomatoes. I'm just excited to be back to growing some tomatoes this year. To be honest it's not many years back I was just growing all very standard type tomatoes, but then the bug got me! I spotted some of the black and Bi-coloured tomatoes in a catalogue and couldn't believe how beautiful they were. I just knew I had to grow some and then when I found the world of striped tomatoes I went all gooey eyed and fell completely in love!

Lol, there are some really wacky names out there. This one was meant to be a variety called Scabitha, but when the plant fruited it obviously wasn't that variety. I bought the seeds from Remy at The Sample Seed shop who gave it the new name, which I couldn't resist!

I'm almost glad I'm limited to cherry types up here, I don't know how I'd make up my mind what to grow otherwise... Black Cherry was the most exotic variety I tried, and even they didn't ripen.
