i would be careful with Aji lemon
we made some chilli jam with yellow bell peppers and aji lemon with a mind on calling it "Mellow Yellow" after testing it had to rename "Not so Mellow Yellow" as it had a wicked heat
stick with the golden cayenne
aji lemon 100,000 - 150,000 SHU
cayenne 30,000 - 50,000 SHU

Golden Cayenne it is, although I'll try growing some Lemon Drop (as there are seeds on their way but remember your health warning!
