I just re-use any jars that have the dimple on the lid, it's easy to see that's there's a vacuum seal if the dimple has popped down

There is a seed company called 'Seeds of Italy' you can find them online. I have used their seeds for several years after coming accross them at a garden show. They are a family company of Italians and supply the best kinds of tomato seeds for passata. They even have loads of receipes as well.
