    I have half a dozen sown at thw moment but will obviously want more than that in the longer term!

    I personally havent had a problem with leggy broad beans, but I did with an early sowing of tomatoes one year, so have waited a few more weeks before starting them since as with most other seeds. If you are in doubt there is no harm in waiting a while longer.
