They need to be kept frost free or they'll go mushy I think. They ideally need to be in a cool room (not freezing) with indirect sunlight inside the house. If it's too warm the shoots will grow long and spindly as they will if there's no light. Mine are in the kitchen which is pretty cold. I personally wouldn't put them in a greenhouse as I would think they'd be too hot in the day and too cold at night
