Today I harvested 2022….

Apples for juicing, then Toms, French beans and parsley for our evening meal.

Tomatoes, french beans, a kilo of peppers, three quinces which had started going bad (i'll cut the bad bits out and cook the rest), and I brought home two squashes from the allotment.

A few salad leaves, beetroot leaves and spinach for a salad. Windfalls for an apple and blackberry crumble.

In last few days have harvested some bramleys for crumble, carrots for soup, few tomatoes, a few beetroot and more rasps.

Mixed salad, basil, toms, apples and some raspberries.

More carrots and bay leaves.

A second carrier bag full of parsley from my prize plant and a hand full of raspberries.

Tomatoes and cucumbers plus runner beans.

Yesterday a couple of courgettes, cucumber, toms, basil, apples and chard.

French beans. The second frost has really hit the remaining plants so this is probably the last picking.

Still getting the odd tomato, plus carrots, rasps and beetroot.

Yesterday tomatoes and cape gooseberries.
Also more winter squashes that have ripened. They set before we had hot weather.
