Lots of unidentifiables

Hi everyone!
So we have recently moved into our new home and first thing we did was plant some veg in the garden (it was bit late though, so I�m not holding my breath for anything magical) but the soil looked nice and clear so we tried our luck.

However, since the soil hadn�t been covered overwinter it seems to have given us a forrest of green.... stuff, we have no idea what a lot are. We know we have a LOT of potatoes, peas, onions etc but there are things we don�t have a clue about and were wondering if you could help us out, please?

We are very new to this (we did really well last year but that�s the first time we�ve planted) so I apologise if they�re obvious!
we mostly have spikey weird things and bushes of thingies with tiny white flowers

have you tried those plant recognition apps? you take pic with it and it matches it to its database.

1. potatoes (the big plants all the way down)
2. horsetail (bad news I affraid)
3. mostly chickweed
4. close up of chickweed

Nothing IMO to worry about, unless you planted the potatoes.

Hello Strawberries welcome to the vine,with your potatoes you could smother all those weeds with a few inches of soil from somewhere around the garden as you earth up the potatoes. Pulling up roots around the potatoes might affect the underground growth? Congratulations moving into your new home!

Hi and welcome.
I agree with Norfolkgrey although, in Pic 4, there's a bluey-green leaf that could be a sow-thistle.
All quite normal where soil has been disturbed for gardening.
