Finally getting the hang of uploading pictures. So thought I would finally put up a picture of my garden where I grow my veg. The others are what it looked like when we moved in 3 years ago. Still more to do but huge amount of progress. Think you�ll be able to tell which is which.

Well I do the growing bit. Husband built the raised beds and put up the greenhouse. Hardest bit was clearing all the trees and shrubs. It’d been left to go wild for years so the ground was solid with roots. Broke a few spades!

Thanks. My husband is t a fan of straight lines so the beds are all different shapes and most are curved. Makes it a bit more tricky to plan for my planting.

Thanks guys. Next big project is creating and planting a border at the right side of the garden. My husband built the fence so just need to agree what width it will be and get some soil in. Have started looking at plants for it and will no doubt be asking for advice from the vine.

We kept it for 2 years but it was rotten and falling apart so it pretty fell down by itself. Reckon it had been there for decades. Strangely it was also one that you buy for a corner area but put in the middle of the garden. I felt bad for a while that I was essentially ripping out the whole garden. It was just unusable for anything though and not in a good state. Other plan for this year is to lay some kind of patio/seating area down the bottom. I’d love another summer house at some point.

I'd put another path in, alongside the new bed, curving of course, because I like being able to come back a different way to the way I went (if that makes sense?)
