Have just made a shlelf out of some 2"x!" I had over and suspended it from the greenhouse roof but I am not confident it will hold as it is hanging from some cheap plastic fittings I got to secure bubblewrap, They just go into the slots in the frame and twist to hold. Has anyone made a suspended shelf and if so how did you fasten it to the roof. Many thanks in advance.

You can buy metal clips that twist and turn in the greenhouse grooves. I have some that support shelving. Like this Fixing Supports (Pack 10) from Allotment Growing
I use the plastic ones too but only for bubble wrap or mesh and they have been known to shear off! -

I ordered them from here because the ends look moe rectangular than square and dont want to start dismantling th GH, I am hoping these will just slide in and twist/lock. The ones from Two West look more square.

Don't they all have to be rectangular in order to twist and lock? Nobody would sell a fixing that had to be built into the greenhouse during construction, would they?! You're getting me all confused now....Comment

I bought a pack of those rectangular twist and screw ones (if you'll pardon the expression !) and they work fine! Just remember to tighten yer nuts!!I think this might be my greenhouse ( very amateur) and other trivia blog page!!! Do feel free to drop in !
