Glass thickness

My greenhouse has 3mm toughened glass, which is held in by W wire clips.
Will 4mm glass be ok?
Would you believe that my local glass merchant who was there when we moved in in 1995 has recently become a barbers and nail bar! Not same people!

It says on here 4mm will fit - “4mm is more widely available than 3mm. 4mm will fit in a greenhouse with 3mm toughened glass.”

Brilliant, I shall get on to glass merchant later this morning.
Got the 12X10 2008 and put it up myself. Never seen so many nuts and bolts before. Wouldn't do it again but will be 73 on 17/9 so not as resilient!
3mm was heavy enough. I had to decant it from pavement end of drive down to back garden. Ran power to it which was naughty but has been professionally checked now.
