Like the sound of lemon balm pesto, being mildly addicted to most other kinds of pesto. Good 'warnings' about lemon balm - mine is growing at a rate of knots - I love it! At the moment is planted at side of fruit trees but I'm hoping it will spread right underneath for companion planting.
