I think its Honesty.
I have seen Honesty in seed in the garden but I never twigged lol!!
Yes its Honesty and it is so pretty that I will just make sure it stays in the borders that it is in at the moment. Its lovely to pick for cut flowers. Why oh Why didn't I recognise it. I haven't seen it in flower since I was a girl but I should have known.
So there we have it.... Honesty.

Honesty is in flower here too - beautiful vibrant flowers and followed by those papery silver discs that seem to glow after dark. Spreads well too

My darling mum used to put the honesty seedsheads, still on the stalks, in dried flower arrangements. It was all the rage in the 60's.
And with that lovely memory im off to sleep.
