Has anyone every grown it, any hints tips please. Also does anyone use it when it is freshly grown

I have a massage balm with arnica which is excellent for easing aches and pains, but have never tried to grow it as it is a pretty poisonous herb; one to be careful of, I think.Really great gardens seem to teeter on the edge of anarchy yet have a balance and poise that seem inevitable.
