Snowdrops not come up:(

Mine are only just coming into flower. Still tightly shut though ( they must have seen the weather forecast! )

Yeah, old established clumps are coming out around here fast too. It seems to be just newly planted ones that are slow, mine have just appeared - I planted them in September. In another part of the garden there's an old clump that came out before them.
It feels weird to not see many Crocuses yet, I've only had one come out at the moment.

I've put a tonne of all sorts of different bulbs, so far hardly anything showing though I keep going out for a nosey, but they're all staying put!

Same here, it's just daffs and a the odd snowdrop. I put crocuses, puschkinia, alliums, tulips and bluebells in as well but it's a bit early for them. Crocuses and snowdrops should be out and daffs should be following them, at the moment it is daffs in front. The others are quite a bit latter.

Neighbour's snowdrops around their lime tree base are out. Mine are behind. Bizarre!

Might be something to do with fertility of the soil. Then again there are also a few different species of snowdrop, notably the common ones typically found in the UK and the Caucasian one. They look superficially similar.
