Like the numpty I am, I never took a photo. 
Will take one next time I'm down at the lottie. In the meantime...
This plant (over the fence between my plot and the compost bins) is about 2-2.5ft high. The leaves look a bit like hosta/plantain in shape and have those vertical 'grooves' in them. The flowers hang in a row along the stems, they're white and roughly pear-shaped in profile (don't think they're open yet.) There are 2 stems on the plant.
The leaves are wrong for dicentra and it's not tall enough for angel's fishing rods (but the stems do arch like that.)
Sorry it's such a pants description, but can anyone recognise it from that?!
I think it looked rather nice and would like to transplant it if it isn't a vile weed that takes over the world!
Why is the blush emoticon such a delicate shade of pink?! Should be very bright red!
