  • A sick Mrs Bacon

My lovely 6 foot Mrs Bacon fuchsia"s leaves remain green but are going crispy. Looks terminal, Even apparently good cuttings gone manky.

    Stems have odd staining.

    Any ideas please

A quick google threw up little, they mention rust and a gall mite, that looks proper nasty, have you cut back to see if the whole plant is affected, is it in the larger stems?

      Not rust or gall mite.
One stem about half inch diameter from fairly low down.
From way leaves going I wonder if it's some sort of fungal infection stopping water uptake.
Pitched it here as I thought someone may have already encountered it.
