    I picked quite a few bunches just like this last night to take to the WI Market, but they will probably come home again. Customers don’t come out in the rain.

              I think single dahlias look fab in a little vase...I treated myself to a lovely clay one from a craft fair while on hols in Devon.

              This one was a little heavy for its stem after the rain yesterday ...

                    Not aruncus ... it’s Artemisia “oriental Limelight”
                    It’s just a foliage plant that is a nice zingy limegreen/yellow. It doesn’t flower till late September, but is bright and pretty enough all spring and summer without the flowers.
