Where Can I Buy Rooting Hormone No.3 In The UK?

Could anyone suggest where I might be able to buy no.3 type rooting hormone in the UK, please? I have read that the �no.3� variety of rooting hormone is the most appropriate for use on hardwood cuttings from roses. My understanding is that this is the highest concentration rooting hormone. However, I have not been able to find any retail outlet for such in the UK? (There seem to be plenty in the US).
